We spent Father's Day just as he wanted, staying around our house and playing in the pool. The in-laws came over for dinner and we grilled out. It was a nice day but also a bit sad for me. I wish that my dad were here to enjoy my kids. I wish that my children had been able to know him because he was a great guy!
