The week began with a trip to Nashville. We sold a piece of land that we owned, so the kids and I traveled to Nashville and visited Grandma while I took care of the closing.
On Wednesday, the storms in our area were so bad that school was cancelled. We visited with Papaw (just down the street) three different times that day while we were under tornado warnings and hid out in his basement. During the last visit, we saw this tree fall. These storms were awful and caused serious damage and loss of life in many areas - several of these areas are only 1 hour away from us. We were very lucky and were only without power for 8 hours.
