Leanna's year in First Grade ended with tons of fun activities. During field day, all the students wore their newly tye-dyed shirts that they created in Art Class and spent the day outside doing lots of water games. Leanna also got to spend an afternoon of fun with a party for the students who had reached their goals through Accelerated Reader. And although every grade level had a end of the year ceremony, the first grade teachers opted to not participate in that activity (much to the disappointment of all of the First Grade parents). We truly are happy to see First Grade end and are praying for a more organized and disciplined Second Grade Teacher.

What cool shirts! Leanna is sure a daredevil! And I love how the fire department was shooting all of the water. That renaissance fair looked like lots of fun. Enjoy your summer!!
